Finca El Paraiso is located in the municipality Piendamo in the department of Colombia. Climate is characterized by temperature-humidity and regular appearance of Pacific winds, providing tropical notes to the coffee.
The producing family business concentrates on technologies and activities adapted to their coffee´s needs. Furthermore, Finca El Paraiso works with the most innovative technology and is well equipped. The farm also has a physical and sensory analysis laboratory.
The coffees are fermented with different fruits or other organic substances, which is why they carry these extraordinary flavours.

Low & slow roasting: Drum roasting involves roasting coffee slowly at lower temperatures (180–220°C) over 12–20 minutes, which allows flavors to develop fully & avoids burning the beans
Uniform heat distribution: The rotating drum ensures even exposure to heat, preventing scorched or underdeveloped beans
BEAN HANDLING
Degassing: Allowing freshly roasted coffee to degas for 24– 48 hours to release CO₂ and stabilize the flavor
Airtight Storage: Storing beans in one-way valve bags or airtight containers to protect them from oxygen, moisture, light, and heat.
